Ndaba embarked in the adventure tourism industry in 1993 where he trained as a white water rafting guide on the Zambezi River below the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. It wasn’t until a year later when Ndaba was promoted to regional sales and marketing manager where he maximised his communication skills into increasing market share and putting the organisation in the forefront as one of the leading tourism companies in the country.

Quite evidently, his enterprising vigour, Ndaba went on to start his own adventure company and called it “Touch Adventure”. A company primarily focused on corporate team building products with up to 200 participants at a time. He ran this company until January 2007. Due to the political turmoil at the time, the country saw a huge reduction of tourist arrivals and led Ndaba to move away and join his family living in Switzerland. He naturally settled well in Europe and went on to starting a new tourism and hospitality concept in the United Kingdom.

With this invaluable experience Ndaba joined the Swiss Education Group to  lecture various tourism and hospitality related courses in one of the leading Hotel Management Schools in Switzerland, based in the beautiful area on the lake of Geneva.

However Ndaba‘s main focus remains to be part of the ever-growing sustainable and responsible tourism management, with special attention to Africa, where he comes from.

Today Ndaba and Rita combining their 34 years experience in the tourism industry have started Touch Nature; a    Swiss based travel agency offering authentic African Safaris throughout Southern Africa.

Ndaba is the mind behind the Touch Nature website and looks after all the advertising and media solutions, while Rita concentrates on advising interested clients on the different possibilities of a safari holiday and shares her secrets on where to go, what to see and how to travel.
